Toshi.Bet User Agreement

General

This User Agreement applies to your use of the games and services available through Toshi.Bet. By creating an account or using any part of the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement. We may amend or update these terms at any time, and any continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. This Agreement may be published in multiple languages for convenience, but the English version is the only legally binding text.

Player Obligations

By registering and using Toshi.Bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and that you have full capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not restricted from using gambling services. You acknowledge that digital assets are not regulated as legal tender in most jurisdictions and their value can fluctuate significantly. You accept full responsibility for any change in the value of cryptocurrency used on the platform. You agree that you will not attempt to manipulate, exploit or interfere with the site, its games, or systems in any way, nor will you open multiple accounts or use the service on behalf of another person. You further agree to provide accurate information if verification is required for compliance or security reasons and acknowledge that you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your winnings where applicable.

Toshi Bet will not accept registration from individuals:

a) Under 18 years old or under the legal age of majority or gambling in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their registration of the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction;

b) Residing in jurisdictions from where it is illegal or gambling is not permitted. Toshi Bet is not able to verify the legality of the Service in each jurisdiction and it is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is lawful;

c) Provide misleading information or try to pass by third parties.

Toshi Bet reserves the right to refuse any application for a Toshi Bet Account, at its sole discretion.

Jurisdiction

d) You are accessing Toshi Bet from a jurisdiction in which it is legal to do so;

e) You will not use our services while located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the placing and/or accepting of bets online and/or playing casino and/or live games;

f) You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis;

JURISDICTIONS

Persons located in or reside in Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, France, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe are not permitted to make use of the Service.

The attempt to manipulate your real location through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar services or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence, with the intent to circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdiction restrictions, constitutes a breach of Clause 5 of this Terms of Service.

General Betting Rules

Only registered players with available funds may place bets. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Payouts are credited to your account once results are confirmed. Toshi.Bet reserves the right to adjust payouts if errors occur, and we may void wagers placed during technical issues or in violation of our rules.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions on Toshi.Bet are intended solely for recreational play. We reserve the right to amend, refuse, or withdraw any bonus if it is used abusively or contrary to its stated terms. Some bonuses may include wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions, which will be clearly stated at the time of participation. Only one bonus or promotion may be claimed per person, household, or shared IP address unless otherwise specified. The maximum claim from the deposit bonus is $60,000. Toshi.Bet may withhold or remove bonus funds and any related winnings if irregular play or abuse is detected.

Live Chat and Conduct

Our live chat function is provided for friendly conversation and community interaction. We do not tolerate abuse, threats, racism, spam, or the promotion of other platforms. Any misuse of chat may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Toshi.Bet reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content that breaches these terms.

Limitation of Liability

You access and use the website and games entirely at your own risk. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Toshi.Bet does not warrant that the site or games will operate without errors or interruptions, nor that results will be accurate or reliable. We are not responsible for any losses, costs, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

Third-Party Games

Toshi.Bet is not responsible for technical malfunctions, errors, or outcomes caused by third-party game providers or software suppliers.

Force Majeure

Toshi.Bet shall not be liable for any delay or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, technical errors, government actions, or acts of nature.

Suspension and Termination

If you breach this Agreement, or if we reasonably believe that you have done so, we may suspend or close your account, void bets, or withhold funds while we investigate. Toshi.Bet will be the final decision-maker on whether a violation has occurred.

Amendments

We may change or update this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of Toshi.Bet constitutes acceptance of those changes.
